New lecture series in London, Faith in the Public Realm

Goldsmiths faiths seriesFrom October 2013 the Faiths and Civil Society Unit at Goldsmiths, University of London, will host a new series of lectures on the subject of ‘faith in the public realm’. Running until May 2014, the series will feature five of the Unit’s Fellows discussing a range of topical issues such as welfare, inter-faith dialogue and government engagement.

The first event in the series will be 5-7pm on 10 October 2013 in the Ben Pimlott Lecture Theatre and will feature Nick Spencer, Research Director at Theos, speaking on the topic: What’s faith got to do with welfare?
