February will see the start of the spring seminar series at the Centre for the Study of Ethnicity and Citizenship at the University of Bristol. This term the series will cover subjects including religious schools, slavery and race, ethnic revival among Japanese Americans and the commemoration of martyrdom in Israel and Palestine.
The full spring 2014 programme is below. Unless otherwise stated, all seminars will take place at 5 pm in the Board Room, 2 Priory Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 1TU. Each event will be followed by a drinks reception.
